Necessary preferences

The NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers the language you choose for up to one year. The wensly-cookie-choice browser preference remembers your cookie decision for up to six months. These preferences do not follow you across websites.

Forms and sign-in

After a successful form submission, a temporary session-storage receipt lets the thank-you page display the right confirmation. It contains the request type and time, not your name, email or message. It is cleared when the confirmation is read or the browser session ends. Secure sign-in pages may also use necessary authentication, anti-forgery and session cookies. These are separate from optional analytics.

Optional analytics

When enabled by Wensly, Google Analytics 4 is off until you choose Allow analytics. It uses first-party _ga cookies to distinguish visits and sessions, with an expiry of up to 180 days. Google processes analytics information; see its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We disable advertising personalisation and Google signals in our integration. Only public pages are measured. Form contents, account pages and wardrobe content are excluded from website analytics. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not undo events already recorded.

Consented campaign information

If you allow analytics, we may remember utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign campaign labels in session storage for up to 30 minutes and attach them to a form request. We do not collect advertising click IDs for this purpose. Refusing or withdrawing analytics consent prevents this collection and clears the session preference.

Form abuse protection

When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that a form request is legitimate. Cloudflare processes technical signals needed for abuse protection. It is used for form security, not advertising. If verification cannot complete, you can email us instead. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Browser controls

You can clear cookies and site storage in your browser. If storage is blocked, we keep analytics off unless you explicitly allow it for your current page. Your browser’s privacy signals are respected. Declining analytics does not affect access to the website or forms.
